Cancellation by Students:
- Individual Classes: If a student needs to cancel their attendance for a specific class, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the class fee.
- Membership Cancellation: For students holding membership packages, a written notice of cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds for remaining sessions will be prorated accordingly.
Cancellation by Das Karate Academy®:
- In the event that Das Karate Academy® needs to cancel a class or session due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability or facility issues, all affected students will be notified as soon as possible. Make-up classes or refunds will be offered for any prepaid sessions that cannot be rescheduled.
Refunds:
- Refunds for individual class cancellations will be provided only if the cancellation notice meets the required timeframe mentioned above.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a membership is canceled within the trial period as per our trial period policy.
Trial Period Policy:
- Students who enroll in our programs may be eligible for a trial period, during which they can experience our classes before committing to a membership. If a student decides to cancel their membership within the trial period, a full refund will be provided.
